We at Realty Professionals are REALTORS® and are members of our local MLS®. Realty Professionals offers you the option of placing your home in the same MLS system at a lower total commission (with no add on or "transaction fees"). Just like the traditional offices, we share the commission with MLS agents, so they have the same incentive to sell your home as all the other homes in the MLS. We pay the cooperating agents 2.4% of the sales price. So they earn the same selling commission they are accustomed to receiving because Realty Professionals absorbs the "discounted" portion of the total commission.
And the best part of our MLS For Less Program is that if at any time you accept an offer written by one of our Realty Professionals agents ---YOU ONLY PAY A FLAT FEE OF $2,995 --- NOT THE MLS FEE!

How We Can Sell Homes for Lower Commissions?
Volume, It's as simple as that. By charging a very competitive lower commission, Realty Professionals will attract a higher number of listings than "traditional" agents. We can afford to make less on each sale when we sell more homes. We also operate as a team so all advertising dollars are effectively spent on selling YOUR home and NOT promoting our individual agents.

(Example: If your house sells for $150,000 and there is a 6% commission, the total commission will be $9,000.
If you list with Realty Professionals, the commision will be as low as $2,995.00.
Here's how it works. Lets say we sell your house for $150,000 and another real estate company is representing the buyer, you will have to pay the other company 2.4% ($150,000 x 2.4% = $3,600) in addition to the $2,995 listing fee to Realty Professionals which is a total commisison of $6,595, that's a savings of $2,405 from a straight 6% commission.
Now lets say you listed with Realty Professionals and Realty Professionals is also representing the buyer, your total commission is $2,995, that's a savings of $6,005 from a straight 6% commission.)
